Encourage, through grants,<\/b>\u00a0the introduction of 4.0 technologies<\/b>\u00a0within\u00a0domestic micro, small- and medium-sized businesses<\/b>\u00a0in the\u00a0manufacturing<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0construction <\/b>sectors. It is with this in mind that Area Science Park, as part of IP4FVG activities and relying on funds from the Argo system, has launched \u201cTest4Digitalization<\/b><\/span><\/a>\u201c, an opportunity dedicated to companies that want to develop a digital transformation project, designed based on their own internal processes.<\/p>\n

The call, running from 6 December 2021 to 7 February 2022, has a\u00a0total budget of<\/b>\u00a0\u20ac 300,000<\/b>, whereby it aims to support projects that lead to the identification and, subsequently, testing of the most appropriate technological solutions for individual business needs, before moving on to large-scale transformation, a phase in which investments can be costly, especially if not well analysed and verified.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for the grant, companies must submit a project geared towards the development of a prototype, demo, proof of concept (POC) or pilot initiative that addresses its digitalisation needs. The project is to be implemented\u00a0in collaboration with one or more ICT consulting providers<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The expected grant for each enterprise totals \u20ac 30,000 and will be distributed as follows: 80%<\/b><\/span>\u00a0of eligible project costs\u00a0for Micro and Small Enterprises<\/b><\/span>\u00a0and 70% for Medium Enterprises.<\/b><\/span>\u00a0<\/b>Facilities will be granted in accordance with the rules on\u00a0\u201cde minimis<\/b>\u201d aid, following the submission of\u00a0technical and financial report<\/b>\u00a0of the project.<\/p>\n

Projects will be assessed based on\u00a0maturity<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0clarity\u00a0<\/b>of the enterprise\u2019s digitalisation path,\u00a0quality<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0innovativeness\u00a0<\/b>of the project,\u00a0effectiveness\u00a0<\/b>and\u00a0efficiency<\/b>\u00a0of the activity programme. An\u00a0additional score<\/b>\u00a0will be awarded to projects involving one or more ICT vendors that operate in Friuli Venezia Giulia and\u00a0participate in the\u00a0<\/b>Digital Solutions<\/b><\/span><\/a> <\/b>initiative, the expression of interest promoted by the digital innovation hub that scouts for technologies related to digital transformation.<\/p>\n
