AI-DLDA 2021 is the fourth edition of the International Summer School on Artificial Intelligence which is normally held in Udine, Italy.
As the coronavirus and the disease it causes, have spread to virtually every nation around the globe and we cannot unfortunately predict when this situation will get better, as a result this new edition Summer School will be held entirely online, as we would still like to give all the young researchers, Ph.D.students and industry practitioners the chance to stay updated about the most recent advances in the area of Artificial Intelligence, ranging from deep learning to data analytics, from the comfort of their homes.
This school will give an in-depth analysis of the state-of-the-art research and will cover a large spectrum of current research activities and industrial applications deal with big data, computer vision, human-computer interaction, biomedical informatics, deep learning, and serious games.
Master’s students, Ph.D. students, researchers, and industry practitioners will be the ideal profiles of participants. However, there are no formal prerequisites for attendance in terms of academic degrees. The selected participants will benefit from direct interaction with world leaders in AI.
The AI-DLDA 2021 School starts on Monday, June 28, and finishes on Friday, July 2. All the classes will be held online on a selected educational platform.
The School is organized in four teaching days with keynote lectures (during the morning) and laboratory sessions (during the afternoon). The last day is reserved for the final exam for those who need credits.
Please note: the default timezone of the classes is CEST (Rome – UTC/GMT + 2hours).
For Students: the registration fee is € 200 (VAT excluded). The fee includes access to the online platform, keynote lectures, laboratory sessions, and all the educational material used during the Summer School.
The 10 best students, evaluated on the basis of their CVs and scientific white papers, will be relieved from any registration fee. Both the CV and the white paper have to be uploaded through the registration form and the white paper must not be longer than 3 pages.
For companies or private individuals: the registration fee is € 500 (VAT excluded) for the whole week or € 200 (VAT excluded) per single day. The fee includes access to the online platform, keynote lectures, laboratory sessions, and all the educational material.
For companies members of DITEDI cluster ICT, the participation fee is reduced by 15%.
A certificate of participation in the event will be delivered indicating the number of hours of lectures. Exam result will be included in the certificate.
